- Falsely claiming to be an expert in building disputes
- Incompetence, professional misconduct, and negligence
- Breaching the Solicitors Code of Conduct
- Abusing his position as an officer of the court
- Abusing the court process
- Wilful imposition
- Failing to adequately supervise the actions of their own partners
- Failing to prevent their partners from pursuing claims they know to be unjustified (they do have an accounts department)
