We lodged our Grounds of Appeal document on Tuesday 10th May.  I would ask the reader to note that our Grounds rely on Solicitors (Scotland) Accounts Rules, HMRC VAT Regulations, the Civil Evidence (Scotland) Act, the legal authority Begg on Law Agents and the European Convention on Human Rights Article 6 ‘

Defenders’ Grounds of Appeal

The pursuers Tods Murray (represented by Simpson & Marwick) lodged their Answers to our Grounds of Appeal on Wednesday 11th May.  I would ask the reader to note that the pursuers’ Answers rely only on Lord Woolman’s 2010 and 2012 opinions.

We are currently working to a timetable laid down by the court.  The next step requires us to lodge a Note of Argument in draft form by 4th June 2012 and for the pursuers to lodge Answers to the Note one week later  Our Note will be posted here after it has been lodged with the court….as will the pursuers’ Answers to it.
